The Bill (Reg. No.0873) defines legal and organizational principles of audit of industrial safety and labour protection as a system of actions aimed at coordination of the activity of economic entities with legislative requirements in the said field.
However, the People´s Deputies deem impossible to conduct an audit in the said field, since industrial enterprises have mainly obsolete and depreciated equipment that fails to conform to requirements, and is regarded as an objects of high danger.
